Compassionate Christian counseling for individuals and families.
At Counselors United, our counselors serve the community collaboratively through seminars, networking, mentoring and teaching veteran and up-and-coming clinicians. We are dedicated to making a purposeful and positive impact supporting the mental health of our South Florida community while honoring our ethical code and the common-thread of our commitment to faith in Christ. Our goal is to serve as a resource for community members who are seeking faith-based counseling and don’t know where to go. Our counselors are gifted, professional and trusted clinicians who will provide a unique approach to address your mental health needs.
Seeking counseling is an important decision and finding a competent professional who shares your faith and beliefs is not always easy. While the following description does not ensure competence or connection, it is an indicator of the path and experience that I bring to the counseling process. I seek to connect with each client, bringing humor and humility to the relationship, noting what is human and divine in each of us.
In my private practice, I work with individuals and couples, tailoring the methods and approaches to the specific needs of each client. My specific areas of expertise are trauma, relationships, executive coaching and addiction. Realizing that counseling is often sought in difficult times, I seek to empower my clients to face the crisis of the present with an eye toward fulfilling their God-given potential and purposes.
